Dyson wasn’t simply creating products. It was redefining categories through engineering, innovation and obsessive attention to detail. Every customer interaction needed to reflect those same principles. My role was to help bring that vision to life through global digital campaigns and customer experiences.
Building a Digital Presence for a New Market
I led the digital design supporting Dyson’s launch into China, creating digital experiences that introduced the brand to an entirely new audience. Every experience had to balance Dyson’s global identity while respecting the expectations and behaviours of a new market.

Working alongside James Dyson and senior leadership gave me a unique insight into how world-class brands are built. Product innovation was only part of the story.
